Peace and Goodwill from D Young & Co

We've just completed an interactive Christmas card for D Young & Co. Built in Flash, the user has to cut the ribbon to reveal the Christmas message.

Simple but effective animation make this quite an addictive little card to play with.

Historic Royal Palaces

This week we completed a suite of online flash banners for the purpose of promoting Hampton Court Palace. The banners, designed by McGillan Eves, took on four different formats and enticed users to experience the various aspects of the palace including Henry VIII's kitchens and the world-famous maze!

Send a Cow Gifts goes live!

This week saw the going live of the Send a Cow Gifts website - a virtual gift store aimed at relieving poverty in sub-saharan Africa.

Feeling that their old site had lost a sense of play, Send a Cow asked us to to create an effective fundraising tool for their virtual gift proposition, that could deliver on functionality, measurability and engage with varied donor audiences in a fun way.

We used a combination of a Flash front-end with HTML detail and checkout pages so that if people were short on time they could jump straight into the body of the site, get info about the gifts and start shopping, but if they had time to play, they could have a richer experience by exploring the shops and adding the items to their basket from within the Flash.

We're really pleased with the site - have a look for yourself by clicking the link below.

Designed by Northbank and built by us, the site contains rich CGI imagery, a video flythough and detailed information on the development.

Flipping brilliant!

Design Activity recently approached us to build the Design Activity Creative Handbook - a showcase of the company's work, presented in the style of a book with a tabbed navigation and pages that the user can turn.

Design Activity were responsible for the site design and we were responsible for the build. The result is really smooth & realistic (and fun to play with).

Blue Sky Racing

We've just finished making some major changes to our client's site Blue Sky Racing. Along with a visual refresh we've also added in some useful marketing features such as dynamic flash charts which update themselves by retrieving values from a database, and a rotating, content managed flash banner that displays marketing messages which our client updates himself.

Glory Park selected as the Adobe Site of the Day!

We're really pleased to announce that the Glory Park website has been officially selected as the Adobe Site of the Day, the scheme which recognises websites based on their use of strong visual designs, superior functionalities and innovative use of web development tools.

The purpose of the site is to promote the new development of the High Wycombe Business Park. The site takes strong visual clues from the Glory Park brand (created by Northbank) while carrying through the theme of 'Inspired by Nature'.
