The pies have been eaten, judgement has been passed and the results are in! The winner of the positive 2010 Mince Pie Championships is Marks & Spencer Truly Indulgent Mince Pies (featured above).

A truly wonderful pie with a real pie "feel". "Not just any mince pie" said Senior Mince Pie Examiner James. Indeed, it received glowing reviews from all our reviews and came out comfortably on top with a score of 40/50.

The final results were:

1st: Marks & Spencer Truly Indulgent Mince Pies (40)
2nd: Bab's [Kate S' mum] Pies (36.5)
3rd: Waitrose All Butter Mince Pies (34.5)
