We translated the branding for Glory Park into a rich website and a range of digital communications tools.
Our brief
To create a powerful suite of digital comms that reflect and reinforce all the qualities of the strong offline brand created by Northbank.
What we did
To promote this eco-friendly business park, we made the most of digital’s potential for interaction, engagement and customer reach.
Conveying Glory Park’s green credentials was essential. So we used nature-themed animations on the website, as well as rich touches like animated maps and floor plans, to communicate the benefits quickly and clearly. The site was named Adobe Site of the Day for ‘strong visual designs and superior functionalities.’
We also created self-playing sales presentations, allowing potential customers to choose their level of detail based on factors like price, location or credentials.
It was vital to keep agents engaged and up to date, so email marketing seemed the way to go. The emails had to be quick to read, so we kept visual detail to a minimum, using bold copy and colour to make sure the emails got noticed. We set BAM up with a distribution system, which tracked activity on the emails so they could follow up on leads straight away and continually evaluate their content based on the results of the reporting.
